In this free, self-paced, 6 week class of short online videos, you will
be engaged in stories about physiology from across the country, develop
relationships with the instructors as they sacrifice their bodies for the good
of science, and be inspired by the complexity and adaptability of the human
body. You will also learn practical tips on how to improve your performance and
health in stressful environments and will have the opportunity to hear from top
